The Health and Human Services Department of the Heart of Texas Council of
Governments (HOTCOG) is divided into five areas: 1) Area Agency on Aging of
the Heart of Texas (AAAHOT); 2) 2-1-1 Call Center; 3) Heart of Texas Rural
Transit District (HOT/RTD); 4) Heart of
Central Texas Real Choice (HOCTRC); and 5) Heart of Texas Regional Access
System (HOTRAS). The consumers served by the Health and Human Services Department
are represented by the Health and
Human Services Coordinating Council.
